Laptop freezes during in-place upgrade/reinstall

System: Dell Inspiron 14z-5423OS: Windows 10 HomeAs the title suggests, when I attempt to do an in-place reinstall (using an installation drive), the computer gets through a lot of the reinstall but freezes at 48%. After waiting for an hour, I did a hard power-off, then booted it again; it gave me the following error messages:We've reset your PC back to the way it was right before you started installing Windows 10.and0x1900101 - 0x30018The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation.I have tried several times to get the computer to do the reins
