windows 11 My computer is running really slow all of a sudden, Help?

I have a gaming PC, these are my specsWindows 11 proMPG Z490 GAMING EDGE WIFI Hard Drive intel® core i7-10700 cpu @ 2.9GHz, 2901Mhz, 8 Core, 16 Processor32 gig ram, 2tb internal hard driveGeforce 3070 graphics cardI was editing a video on it today and it went up to 100% CPU usage Q.Q what is happening here?! I have ran multiple virus scans and have done a "clean restart" but it's still running snail slow. Do I need to upgrade my hard drive? or my CPU?this is my CPU usage during a regular twitch stream and I'm not playing any FPS games pls help
