So my problem is that i cant install it, repair it or uninstall it. I uploaded an image if you can see it.When i try to install it (vc_redist.x64.exe) It shows "I agree to the license terms and conditions" i checked it and did an admin install but it instantly tells me that nothing happended and that i have to restart my pc.HOW IT GOT STARTEDThe problem started when i got windows popups something about vc_redist_additionalruntimex64 or something couldnt be found because of something to do with the internet. It said that it couldnt locate it and gave me an option to try and locate it and i did,
