windows 11 Keyboard keys pressed multiple times on hold.

- Not able to use keyboard shortcuts properly, when I press windows key, before trying to hit any other key, the windows popup start menu starts to go up and down- Can't uses alt + tab. Holding down alt is not working.- Any key I press and hold is pressed multiple times including ctrl, shift, alt, windows- And all other alphabet keys also not working appropriately, letters are typed twice in between for example when I try to write "powershell" it typed as "ppopowersshell". I am correcting my words while typing here.- This problem disappears after pc is started after being shut off for 10 - 20
