I am trying to find a way of PERMANENTLY stopping Microsoft updates from being installed on my Windows 10 computer. I did a search and a post dated back in 2017 advised to use this procedure:Type Windows key + RType services.mscGo to Windows update (click)Select PropertiesSelect GeneralSet startup type to disableClick stop, apply, OKRebootI followed this procedure and a message box STILL appears that an update will be installed during "off hours" and to leave the computer on. The last update goofed up the Microsoft "Outlook" program that I use for my e-mail and I restored the program to an ear
