How can I replace my documents folder from my hard drive with my one drive documents folder?

I updated my sims 4 game and somehow accidentally switched where my documents folder was. Now it is showing a one drive documents folder with none of my information and saves in it. (basically, it reverted my process of mk-linking my documents folder to my hard drive).
