Encounter Trojan during Window10 clean installation with Window Update

MBR sector of the 0. physical disk - Win32/Pitou.J trojan - unable to clean. I use ESET Antivirus for my Window 10 64bit Desktop. Initially was there before I do a clean reinstallation. It appears this Win32/Pitou.J trojan is coming from Window Update. There isn't any other program file in my disk other than I downloaded Google Chrome and and Eset Virus. Please advise how to remove this trojan virus. Please be so kind to reply soon. I spent two days to clean up the pc and the virus appears coming from the window's update.
