Keyboard and mouse bluetooth lagging and stick - devices are fine

My sister computer had a trouble with her own computer and, to help her, I switch the computer with her, switching the SSD drive between two Win 11 (her and mine). After I solved the hardware problem (videocard), she bring me back and I switched again the SSD drives. After this, some problems started occurring, I reinstalled many devices and updated drivers from many hardwares, everything works fine, except the bluetooth.I tested the keyboard and mouse bluetooth in other win 11 laptop and everything works fine, when I connect to this PC, the problems occurs:- The bluetooth mouse start lagging
