I was using and enjoying Microsoft Designer for a couple of months without any problems. However, over the past two weeks, I have been getting the message: 'Something is wrong on our end. Please try again later' every time I try to use it. As advised, I have tried again and again and again but I get the same message every single time. I tried creating a new account and it worked for the first couple of times but now I'm getting the same message on both accounts. I researched the issue online and most responses say it is a temporary Microsoft issue but for me, it's definitely not temporary! I s
