Hibernating instead of sleeping after windows update.

I installed the 2024-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5046633) the other day and now I'm having issues. I went to use my computer and noticed the monitor was powered off. I thought it had just gone to sleep like it's supposed to, but when I jiggled the mouse nothing happened. I had to press the power button to turn the computer back on and the power button for my monitor too. I believe it was in hibernation not actually shut down because all my tabs were still there.
