Unattended of XP Pro

I would like to perform unattended installation of XP. My question is that:

Do I copy the WINNT.SIF onto I386 folder if I want to perform unattended with

cd rather than floppy? Do I need to copy anything else apart from WINNT.SIF?

How about unattended.txt file? Do I need to insert that too? I read on some

forums that I need to copy WINNT.bat file onto I386 folder? is that case?
