Windows 11 Weather Widget Won't Update Automatically

I purchased a new laptop about four weeks ago and the weather widget has never worked. I have tried all the suggestions online, and I even had the Microsoft Technical Support staff try to fix the problem. The MS support rep was given full access to my laptop online and he spent 1.5 hours trying every possible way to find a solution to this problem to no avail. It is currently stuck on 70 degrees F Sunny and won't update unless I restart my laptop; then it will stick again to the current temperature and not change.
