Random Windows Backup Pop-Up

my computer was idle and in sleep mode and when I logged back in there was a Windows Backup pop-up wanting me to sign in for a 30 day trial.I use a local account that has never been linked to OneDrive or a Microsoft account and I didn't even know an app for backups like this was built-in to windows 11 and cannot remember a time when this pop-up instance ever occurred before. I just want to know if it is a legitimate software notification, or some type of virus. and what could have caused the pop-up. Again haven't seen this in the couple years I've used Windows 11 on my local account and isn't
