Whenever i open a new mp3 file without an album cover, it shows a picture i really need it not to show

It happens with all new downloads. I don't need to change an individual mp3s album cover, i need to change the picture that shows up by default on mp3s without an album cover.Whenever i download a new mp3, i open it and it shows this picture on the player as it plays, either fullscreen or in the lower left as an album cover. It happens on VLC as well as Windows Media Player. I tried uninstalling VLC and reinstalling it, and it still happens on VLC, even very specifically deleting default VLC settings on uninstall.Its an embarrasing nsfw picture, so i desperately need it gone. I dont know why i
