I keep getting these error messages & I think they're related to a virus

There's been this error that's been popping up ever since I (think) deleted a virus from my computer, so there was this virus in a folder in Appdata/Local that was called Sync Wave Elite, it wasn't allowing me to delete it, so I deleted it in safe mode. Additionally, autoruns still wasn't allowing me to delete it even in safe mode, so I unticked the box.& that's when those two error messages started popping up, I thought that my only solution was upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11, but they still refuse to go away. I also checked autoruns & Sync Wave Elite isn't there anymore, I'm
