our new dell inspiron 3535 15 with windows 11 will not recognize the PIN we used for setup. following setup it installed updates. Now our PIN is not working. We cant get into the system to make modifications when responding to "forgot PIN" We can advance only to secret question and typing in alpha/numeric code provided. Will not advance from there.. Locks us out after too many tries.. Charles
