so i been noticing that from few days my laptop is not shutting down completely. when i shutdown the msg is shown but then the lights are still lit and sometime the sleep screen displays ( basically the home screen which shows time and all). also my laptop became a little slow it takes time to load a program but this has been happening for 4 months now but the shutting problem just started.about my laptop.its fully updatedwindows 11
