Spotify wont open and I cant uninstall

A few days ago spotify refused to open for no reason at all. I tried to uninstall but it wouldnt do that either. So i cant open or remove the program. Ive tried multiple ways of removing different files related to spotify such as going in to ragedit and finding left over files but nothing works. Spotify doesn't show up as a program in control panel but shows up when i search for it in my searchbar. Plz help i wanna listen to music :(I founf a script on reddit tthat is supposed to remove spotiofy all together but i am to scared to run it.
