Laptop became laggy after visiting a website?

I was updating my block list with websites i might accidently mis type when searching or accidently click when i'm tired. After i updated i was checking if they were blocked one of them was chatgpt.tv which would lead to a YouTube consent page and when accepting or rejecting it would lead to SNLlabt channel. I went back to my blocklist and made sure it was fully blocked. However an hour later my laptop started slightly lagging and just want to make sure that there isn't a problem. I am currently scanning with EEK but just want to make sure that im fine. (i know it just led to a youtube page a
