windows 11 Audio and speaker not found nor working if found

It all started when my laptop started to take a second to respond/play speaker after me playing any audio (song, video, message, etc..). All of a sudden it started not to play sounds until I switched the frequency of the speaker from output sound settings, and a while later the speaker stopped working completely and was absent from output devices (same with microphone on input). I tried all I could find on the internet such as deleting the driver and restarting (although it cost me my data since my laptop couldn't start) where my laptop detected them but still they (speaker and mic) didn't wor
