Resetting Windows Hello after device died

I had an old computer that had Windows Hello set up and a PIN associated with it. This PC has long since died. I know my username and password but not the PIN. I cannot access certain features on the account without the PIN.How can I reset/remove the PIN without access to the original PC with which it was associated?
