Bootmanager not found on MBR Partition, bootable Stick not working

I was setting up a TrueNas and wondered why I couldn't make it appear in my Networkdevices, I had no problem reaching it per my phone. I then tried to update to win 11, getting a problem bc somehow secure boot was missing. I tried enabling it, but couldn't make it work. Somewhere along the line I discovered that my Win10 was on a MBR-Partition. Trying to switch it to GPT I found that the MBR2GPT-Tool didn't work, maybe bc I had four partitions on the Disk (Windows, Data, System, Recovery). I cloned Recovery on another Disk and deleted it.
