windows 11 Watchdog violation bluescreen, sometimes just crashes.

I've been getting crashes non stop on my pc. every time i launch valorant the game runs smoothly until i queue into a game, i might get into the game or it might crash before it loads, sometimes it even crashes mid game. Sometimes i get a bluescreen with some "watchdog violation" sometimes it just flickers my monitor and restarts the pc. I need help, bad. I've already tried updating both graphics drivers and others, tried looking for input devices marked with exclamation marks on the device manager. Already updated windows. Tried everything it feels like, reinstalled the ram. etc etc. Windows
