windows 11 How do you recover a microsoft account that's linked to a deleted email address?

Hello, I've been having a problem with my old Microsoft account.Basically, my old Microsoft is logged into my pc as administrator. However I want to log out of it and permanently shut down the account, but problem is I forgot the password to it. The gmail address I used for the account was deleted, so I couldn't use that as a form to recover the password. I've tried many other methods as well but it still doesn't work. I've tried to contact Microsoft support and talk to an agent directly but I cant seem to find anything that lets me contact them. I've even called the phone number and the bot
