I have upgraded an old Thinkpad from Windows XP over the years to Windows 10 Pro. It has the latest updates but now wants to activate Windows again !

I have upgraded an old Thinkpad from Windows XP over the years to Windows 10 Pro. It has the latest updates but now wants to activate Windows again ! It is not accepting the original Product ID
