Ever since I was on Windows 10, my laptop couldn't find or be found by other bluetooth devices. I initially noticed this when I tried connecting my QCY T5 earbuds to my laptop. My laptop couldn't find the earbuds but my phone could find them. I have now upgraded to Windows 11, but it still can't find any bluetooth devices at all. It can't find my phone, speaker, or earbuds. Bluetooth is on, the settings allow the laptop to be discovered, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers, and I still can't get it to find anything.
