Windows 11 won't download English language pack. Any suggestions?

I bought a new computer but windows 11 is not configured to English. I downloaded UK English, US English and Japanese. Only Japanese downloaded with a language pack.How do I get it to download an English language pack or how can I get a language pack outside of Windows 11 language settings?Thanks in advance.
