My Dell Laptop on Windows 10 has restarted itself randomly 4 times over a couple of months, how can I stop this?

I have checked for all updates (none available), checked the storage (plenty of storage), and there are no warning signs when this restart will happen. I cannot upgrade to Windows 11 due to my laptop (it says it is unavailable). I have tried to check laptop health but cannot seem to see any problems - what can I do/do I need a new laptop?
