This is my personal computer, there are no other accounts on it and despite my account supposedly being an admin account, I am often faced with not being able to install or delete things because I don't have admin rights. This profile is set as an admin, but there is a separate admin account that I cannot get rid of. How can I set this so that I have full admin rights to my own computer?
