Xbox on PC causing internet issues.

I am having an issue with the Xbox app on a brand new PC. Whenever the Xbox app is downloading a game it is extremely slow (25-60 mbps on 1 gbps ethernet connection) and causes my whole internet to slow down to unusable speeds on every device in the house and sometimes causes the router to crash and reset. When I pause the download and close the Xbox app everything works fine again. Same thing happens when playing a game through the Xbox app, Black Ops 6 will constantly go to "Waiting for relay" screen when loading multiplayer then eventually ask me to restart or quit to desktop.Every other ap
