Accidentally used Windows PowerShell to delete a file and ended up deleting my desktop. Trying to recover 1 file

I did something very dumb. I was trying to deleted a undeletable file with powershell, but when I did it deleted my entire desktop (along with all my documents and pictures). Im guessing there was somehow a copy of my desktop in that deleted file. Anyways I even made a system restore point before doing anything with powershell but even the system restore couldn't bring back my files. I have since went ahead with a pc reset but that wasn't successful either.All I am really trying to do now is trying to retrieve just this one important single text (.txt) file that was on my desktop prior to the
