Windows 11 - display randomly glitches to black + white

I have a Dell Inspiron 15-3520 laptop that recently started randomly gitch occasionally black. The first time was the worst, as the whole screen turned white during a Google Meet meeting (my colleagues were able to see and hear me, but not vice versa), and the resolution was performing a hard reboot. This situation occasionally occurs when the laptop's power LED is ON, and the CPU is clearly running. I tried updating my Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics driver, but to no avail (it claims I already have the most current version). Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can resolve this issue? T
