Pc keeps crashing with DCP Watchdog violation

I've been dealing with freezing and crashes at random for a few weeks now. I've gone through numerous different suggestions to fix it and even done 2 fresh installs of windows but nothing has helped. I've got the latest minidump file from the last crash and i believe that it will show an outdated or missing driver for something but i don't know how to read through it. Just looking for if anyone has dealt with this particular error before and thinks they could pinpoint my issue?
