HOW DO I EXIT THIS LOOP WHEN INSTALLING WINDOWS 10???

So my windows 10 pro pc was running on 32× bit while it had 64× processor.Therefore I wanted to reinstall it with the 64 bits. I downloaded from the windows site an app, I connected a usb drive with more than 8gb of free space to copy my files and everything. When the download was completed, I restarted my pc and entered it's bios. Then I went ahead and changed its boot priority and I put the usb at the very top. While exiting the bios my screen went blue and says select language. I choose my region and language then I press next to choose which windows set up I want. After choosing that I sel
