Preview Pane does not show .txt files

A few days ago, not sure after recent Windows Update or installation of Power Toys or something else, my TXT files could not be previewed on the Preview Pane of Windows Explorer. Sometimes, it instead displayed "This file can't be previewed." However, it could display many other file extension types, such as BAT & CSV (Text documents), JPG, CR3 (Photos documents) XLSX, DOCX, PPTX (Office documents)Can advise me how to fix the issue?
