Hi:

Terminal Licenses (TS) in the repository or the TS license server do not

expire. What it may expire is the licenses on the TS clients.

I send you a link were it explain all what you might need about TS 2003

licensing.

Permanent TS CALs do not expire. It sounds like you have more devices

connecting that you have "per device" licenses. My guess is that you

need to buy/install more per device TSCALs....

The way that the license server works is:

1) The first time a device logs in, it gets a "temporary" license.

2) The second time the device logs in, it gets a "permanent" license and

the number of licenses available will decrease by 1.

If a permanent license is not uses in 52 - 89 days, The server marks it

as available and increments the number of licenses available by 1.

Temporary licenses expire after 90 days.

In your scenario, it looks like all the available permanent licenses

have been used and none "returned". This means that you have devices

running with temporary licenses that are unable to get a permanent

license. The only legitimate/legal way around it is to buy more licenses

and install them on the license server...
