Why Does My Pin Not Work When I try and log in?

I have had this problem for a while now hoping that i would just kind of fix itself over time but then i just would not and I'm starting to get annoyed by it. When i put my computer into sleep mode, restart it, or shut it down and reboot it it get to the log in screen. at this point in put in my pin and then it says that i doesn't work. i then has my pull up a different screen and i have to log into Microsoft. Once I do all this it get to the part where it ask to reset my pin and I click the confirm button and it loads but says that it doesn't work. there are times where I click the retry but
