Two USB ports I plug into only work sometimes with certain devices, I've tried my headset hub, mouse, and keyboard and a regular charging cable. The headset hub works sometimes and the charging cable always works but when I plug in my keyboard and mouse they refuse to work. I'm at a loss here what to do because the ports work sometimes with my headset, always when charging and never with m&k. The other two ports work for the m&k though so I don't understand what's going on please help.
