i am running windows 10. My hard drive died and I managed to install a new one and get the pc working again. I also managed to restore my files using file history from a back up created using file history on an external Seagate drive. I then deleted the old backups to create a new one on this drive. The problem is that I am unable to to do this. i get a message that this drive is disconnected and when I try to select it as the drive, using the add network location feature, i get a message saying that this location can't be used to save my files. Any help appreciated.
