so there is not alot of information on stereo mix which is a windows thing. so i followed this video

but it didnt work, i have stereo mix enabled but i see no volume going up in the indicators here compared to my mic which it is getting volume herealso why is this 10 year old underground youtube video the only one properly explaining what stereomix is? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xi97D3Lic9M:186
