windows 10 A recent windows update failed after restart.

My laptop asked to restart which I did and when it came back to the sign in page it asked for my password rather than my pin which wasn't available, it didn't recognise my password. I managed to get back into my account by using an old password, strange!When I got to my desktop I couldn't go online as the WiFi icon wasn't there and all internet adapters were disconnected and couldn't be re started.I managed to get to the system and services area to find 80% of the services were disabled.Also another account on the laptop cannot be accessed at all.Help!!!
