Windows 11 version 24H2 update issues

I updated my computer to the Windows 11 24H2. After updating my brother scan function will not work. I have removed and reinstalled, I have reached out to Brother and they have verified that is was my update that caused this issue. I updated this Wednesday evening, it is now Tuesday morning. I can not seem to find any way to reach out to Microsoft or get any type of assistance. I have reset my computer and everything with no change. Any assistance will be much appreciated.
