windows 11 Windows 11 efficiency mode for non native browsers and Edge causing freeze (only on the browser)

Per the subject, every browser I have tried freezes. This includes brave, edge, opera, and chrome. This is a recent issue due to the fact I just bought this laptop, any other process I try to do It only focuses on the task at hand not letting the browser run in the background, when I open task manager, It only lets me change the efficiency mode one by one, but by the time I finish windows just puts it back in efficiency mode, I tried adding something I saw on another post to the browsers ( something to add in the target path of the shortcut --disable-features=UseEcoQoSForBackgroundProcess), b
