Computer stuck on loading screen

So, when I boot up my PC, everything is normal. But once I get to the windows loading screen, it suddenly cuts to black, and then a loading circle pops up and stays that way indefinitely. I've tried restarting until I got to the advanced options, but I've tried everything. I looked up videos on YouTube, and followed dozens of tutorials, I've tried running commands, I've tried startup repair, startup settings, uninstalling updates, even resetting PC and etc. and all of them resorted to somehow just "failing". I hope that you could help me on this and thanks in advance.
