Can't uninstall/install a program since latest Windows update.

When is Microsoft going to fix the issues with Installing/Uninstalling programs? I am running Windows 10 and I am having error codes 0x80073cfa and 0x80073CF9 and have tried numerous solutions to no avail. Keep getting these errors. I have used Revo Uninstaller, Regedit, etc. but can't get rid of the program, which by the way, is Spotify. Icon still shows when I go to programs under Start. When I try to Uninstall, says it isn't there. When I try to install, says it is already there. This has all happened overnight after the last Windows Update.
