My Laptop keeps restarting in loop after an update

Hi, I have an issue with my Lenovo Thinkpad T440p, I was using it when it ran out of battery, after plugging the charger in, I turned on the laptop and it started updating, after the update finished, it started restarting in a loop,it just boots and it says "Preparing Windows" and then "Restarting", and it just keeps that way, I have ran diagnostics from the Lenovo Diagnostics and everything seems to be OK, I have already set it to default from the BIOS, checked from where does the laptop is trying to boot the Operating System and it appears to be booting from where it is installed, but it kee
