My laptop has locked me out due to a registry error. This has resulted in a request to enter my microsoft account log in. The problem is, I haven't used the log in for ten years. The account log in is an @btconnect.com address. Microsoft has withdrawn those accounts so I don't know if I can even reset the password?? I have tried the reset options but the verification questions asked are ridiculous; I can't answer them. If they were asking the names of the devices it's been used on, it would be ok but questions about emails I sent over 10 years ago or skype contacts from the same period are ins
