Weird issue with Windows 11 computer

Hello, I've been recently getting weird issues with my pc where it would take really really long to boot up or shut down. It also broke some applications, like Google Chrome and it wouldn't open at all. I decided to just wait for the computer to shut down a couple of times, and left my room, to see the pc restart even though I did not press restart. I just shut the computer down again, but realized that the restarts were due to a blue screen all along. The error it gives is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. As a person that has a lot of issues with their computer, I never encountered this error and
