windows 11 Black screen when Windows starts

I am using windows 11. during my routine use, I suddenly encountered a freeze and then a black screen on my laptop screen. rebooting did not work. When the computer turns on, after the brand logo, it stays on the black screen without the windows logo. I can get a picture when I connect the laptop to the tv via HDMI. That's how I'm writing this message. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the video card driver and monitor. did not work. I can get a normal picture on the laptop screen when I run it in safe mode. I installed the latest windows 23h2 update but no change. Anyone have any sugge
