How to tell if during boot the /PAE ou /3GB were used?

If i have a Windows 2000/2003/2008 Server already turned on and i can´t boot

the machine, how can i tell if the /PAE or /3GB were used (boot INI have the

entries, but no one can asure wich option was used on previos boot)?
